Facilitator SME

Experience Required:
10 years of experience in facilitation that includes tasks such as:
- Planning, evaluating, and conducting facilitated meetings between executive-level government leaders and program managers.
- Specifying consensus decision techniques, recommends agenda and goals in coordination with government.
- Identifying appropriate number and technical/management level attendees; directing preparation of materials; communicating issues and problems; and working to identify consensus solutions between parties involved.
- Documenting results and providing direction and advice to all levels of personnel involved in the process.
SharePoint Developer
Education Required: B.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S.
Clearance Required: National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI); SF85
Experience Required:
5 years of experience working tasks independently that includes:
- 3 years of experience in developing SharePoint solutions in SharePoint 2010, 2013, and/or 2016, including developing with SharePoint technologies and building workflows using SharePoint Designer
- 3years of experience with SharePoint customization, including custom branding and navigation, configuring and administering search, configuring site collections, and designing security, content type development, and application design and security
- 2 years of experience with Drupel or similar content management system, JavaScript development and Web development languages, including HTML
- Experience with DoD systems and applications development, InfoPath 2010/2013 strongly preferred
- Experience using All Partners Access Network (APAN) or another information sharing and collaboration enterprise for DOD
- Knowledge of architectural design, custom web parts development, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying, and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
- Awareness of or background in Knowledge Management principles and process-based analysis.
- Ability to develop and design prototypes and mockups based on client requirements.
AOR Wide Communications Engineer
Education Required: B.S. or M.S.
Clearance Required: TS/SCI
Experience Required:
Ten (10) years of relevant technical experience.
- Technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand interrelationships of circuits, understands Internet Protocol (IP) routing and architecture design.
- Minimum of six (6) years of engineering experience in the following areas: Information Technology, IP Network Design and Architecture Development, RF Communication, Satellite Communications, Telecommunications, Tech Control, Command & Control (C2) System
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Military Communication Systems
- Must poses and demonstrate functional knowledge of satellite communications terminals; multiplexers; telephone switches; data network routers and switches; network servers; fiber optic and copper cable; and signal/format adapting equipment; utilize multidisciplinary experience to design communications networks from the ground up to include voice, data, radar, and special circuit distribution; create multiplexing schemes to include card selection; physical and logical bandwidth allocation, and off/intra-site connections; design parallel telephone and data networks and their associated cable plant distributions; the expertise to segregate data networks using IP schemes and subnetting; evaluate and design telephone networks; establish dial tables; set precedence and structure communities of interest; Calculate radio frequency and public warning siren coverage plots.
Data Analyst
Education Required: B.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S.
Clearance Required: Completed Tier 2 Investigation, Secret Clearance; SF86
Experience Required:
5 years of experience working tasks independently that includes:
- 3 years experience with program management office (PMO) support, IT services, systems/software development life cycle (SDLC), and/or technology deployments for federal government agencies.
- 3 years identifying stakeholders’ business and system requirements, and translating and/or decomposing those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, scenarios, and capturing them appropriately in required documentation.
- Working with system developers based on expertise in requirements analysis, requirements definition, requirements management, functional analysis, performance analysis, testing, including verification, validation, and working with developers to ensure on-time delivery and maintaining scope.
- Confirming through testing and analysis that system development accurately reflects functionality is implemented as Change Requests (CR) require.
- Providing support to the government to reflect recommendations to rectify CRs inaccurately developed and implemented.
- Developing a set of Test Script, that identify critical issues, assess perceived quality risks, identify Information Assurance (IA) impacts, verify requirements, and document the testing strategies, testing scenarios, testing activities.
- Developing and maintaining master project schedule using MS Project
- Working with DoD clients and stakeholders to analyze, evaluate, and plan methods of approach and organization to achieve solutions to complex technical problems.
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Functional knowledge of JIRA, or other requirements tool a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment a plus.
