Functional Description: Candidate will focus on and provide assistance processing pending FOIA requests in order to reduce the government’s FOIA request backlog. Manages all aspects of the development and implementation of program including the definition of program scope and objectives. Provides a single point of contact for the program by developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Leads project meetings, provides technical and analytical guidance to project team members, and ensures quality and standards are met on all deliverables.
