As an IT Security Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining security architectures, protocols, and controls. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and technical tasks.
- Designing and defining architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access involved in system security.
- Applying encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security research.
- Executing security controls to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive company information and safeguarding data integrity.
- Researching and analyzing attempted security breaches and efforts to compromise security protocols.
- Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations to enhance application design and overall security posture.
- Evaluating, creating, and implementing solutions to strengthen security controls to protect the systems and data maintained in development, testing and production environments.

- Experience in executing security controls to prevent unauthorized access, including user authentication, authorization mechanisms, and data access restrictions.
- Understanding of incident response procedures, including the ability to research and analyze attempted security breaches, compromise attempts, and security protocol vulnerabilities.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, identify security vulnerabilities, and provide recommendations to enhance application design and overall security posture.
- Experience in evaluating, creating, and implementing security solutions to strengthen controls and protect systems and data across development, testing, and production environments.
