functional description

As a General Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and coordinating operational strategies and activities within the organization, branch, or department.

  • Collaborating in the development and implementation of organization-wide policies, practices, and procedures to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and attainment of operating goals.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing reports, records, and directives and confers with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered.
  • Assign/delegate responsibility for specified work or functional activities and disseminates policies and objectives to supervisors/staff.
