As an Enterprise Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating and managing projects to ensure flawless execution, timely delivery, and budget adherence. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational tasks.

  • Building and managing project plans and critical tasks, hours, resources and dependencies to determine project schedule determining necessary hardware, software and resources.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Developing detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques to ensure project success.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
