As a Publications Professional, you will be at the forefront of producing high-quality content and materials that effectively convey information and captivate readers. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and creative tasks.

  • Developing, writing, designing and editing material for various publications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Establishes and coordinates production schedule with editorial schedule by working with the publication’s editor, writers, and editorial board.
  • Planning and coordinating the completion of complex training collateral and other complex publications.
  • Developing, writing, designing and editing complex material for manuals, catalogs, instruction books, brochures, data sheets.
  • Writing, illustrating, proofreading, and editing complex documents to meet business needs.
  • Reviewing more complex published materials and recommending revisions and/or changes in order to meet quality standards.

  • Proficiency in various editing techniques, including proofreading, copyediting, and substantive editing, to enhance the quality and readability of content.
  • Familiarity with project management principles to effectively coordinate publication development, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
