Concordant Wins Wyoming Retirement System Contract

Wyoming Retirement System selects Concordant LLC to Perform Comprehensive Cybersecurity Assessment

Concordant LLC is pleased to announce that we have been selected by the Wyoming Retirement System (WRS) to perform a full-spectrum cybersecurity assessment in support of their mission to safeguard sensitive financial and personal data for more than 100,000 members and beneficiaries. This work will help protect over $13 billion in retirement assets in addition to members’ personally identifiable information.

Under this engagement, Concordant will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of WRS’s cybersecurity posture, including risk identification and threat modeling, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing, security policy review and compliance gap analysis, recommending courses of action to align with common cybersecurity best practices and standards. The assessment will specifically address modern threat vectors, including AI-enabled cyberattacks, supporting WRS’s commitment to protecting critical pension systems and confidential member data.

“This award represents an important milestone for Concordant as we expand our cybersecurity services to state government organizations,” said CEO JR Twiford. “We are proud to partner with the Wyoming Retirement System and look forward to helping safeguard the sensitive data entrusted to their care. We appreciate the State’s confidence in our team and remain committed to delivering the highest standards of technical rigor, integrity, and service.”

As a Laramie, Wyoming-based SBA-certified HUBZone and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Concordant is proud to support Wyoming’s state agencies with specialized cybersecurity, compliance, and IT expertise.
