The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) has awarded Concordant a contract to provide procurement services for UTA’s Capital Development Business Unit. Concordant’s consultants will provide services for the management of complex cradle to grave procurements and contract administration. Our subject matter experts will effectively manage the entire solicitation and procurement process, including communication with internal and external stakeholders, conducting proposal evaluations, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring contractor compliance with applicable policies and regulations. They will oversee all contract phases, from pre-bid to final close-out, while maintaining proper documentation and resolving any disputes or issues that arise throughout the projects.
