Acquisition workforce training, end to end
Federal teams are asked to master more faster than ever: Updated regulations, new systems, and ongoing certifications. Off-the-shelf courses are generic and often provided by a trainer who has never performed the work. Concordant designs, builds, and delivers training grounded in real practice, from acquisition and FAR to the technical and role-based skills your mission depends on. Our instructors are experienced acquisition practitioners, with courses tailored for what your workforce needs, built with a proven design method. Our training is remembered and your staff can use it in practice the next morning.
What we do
Training built for the work your team actually does.

What you get
How we teach
Principle 1
Our instructors have held the roles they train. When a contracting officer asks a hard question, the person answering has been there already.
Principle 2
We design courses on ADDIE, a structured instructional-design method, so a course has clear objectives, the right sequence, and a way to measure whether it worked.
Principle 3
Instructor-led, live or virtual, built for training with breakout sessions for hands-on practice.
We provide courses that have received Course Equivalency Certification from DAU. Our courses meet or exceed the desired outcomes, content and evaluation techniques of the Defense/Warfighting Acquisition University and certified by the WarU equivalency program. Our instructors have provided acquisition workforce training to the US Department of Health and Human Services and to the National Cancer Institute (NCI). For two years we provided twice-a-month training for groups consisting of up to 35 participants per course.

Frequently Asked Questions
The common questions about federal workforce and acquisition training, answered in one place.
What acquisition training do you provide?
Training for the federal acquisition workforce (contracting officers, CORs, contract specialists, and more), covering the FAR, acquisition planning, contract types, source selection, contract administration, ethics, small business utilization, and closeout. We also help your team keep their FAC-C and DAWIA certifications current and up-to-date.
What is FAR training?
Training on the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the rulebook for how the government buys goods and services. We cover the FAR overall and the specific parts your team works in day to day.
What is FAC-C?
The Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting, required for many contracting roles. Certifications have to be maintained with continuing education, and our courses count toward it.
Do you train beyond acquisition?
Yes. We build technical and role-based training for the tools, systems, and jobs your mission runs on.
How is your training delivered?
Instructor-led, live or virtual, on a platform built for training, with breakout sessions for hands-on practice.
Who teaches it?
Practitioners who are doing the work, not career trainers reading from a slide deck.
Can you build custom courses?
Yes. We design the curriculum, materials, and assessments around your objectives, using a structured instructional- design method.
